Pricing, printed before anyone asks for a card.
Per-seat subscriptions for firms. There is no API tier on offer, no bulk dataset at any price, and no one-time charge of any kind. The price buys monitoring, alerts, history and the correction desk — not the public data itself, which is free at the source in our launch states.
Scope, once more
This service verifies public registry records. It provides no EIN or tax-ID service of any kind, holds no IRS data, and its records are signals compiled from named public sources — not official certificates of status or good standing. Coverage is the cleared-state list on the Coverage page, and nothing wider.
Tiers
| Tier | Monthly | Annual | Tracked entities | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lookup | $29/mo | $290/yr | 25 | 1 named user |
| Firm — the pilot tier | $79/mo | $790/yr | 150 | 3 named users |
| Practice | $149/mo | $1,490/yr | 500 | 5 named users |
| Portfolio | $249/mo | $2,490/yr | Unlimited tracked | 10 named users |
Annual billing is two months free against monthly. A seat is one named user; sharing seats beyond the licensed count is a prohibited use. Prices for the pilot tier are held for pilot firms through their first renewal.
The founding pilot — the whole offer
- Who: ten named firms, invited directly. No list is bought, borrowed or shared with any other business.
- What: the Firm tier — 150 tracked entities, 3 seats, monitoring, alerts, history, correction desk.
- Price: $79/mo billed annually ($790 for the first year), after a 30-day free trial.
- Coverage: only the states cleared on the register when the pilot starts. If a state you need is not cleared, we say so before the trial, not after the charge.
- Standing today: Pilot list not yet open — register verification for the first states is in progress. When the list opens, this page will take names; today it takes none.
Subscription terms, stated at the door (they are also at checkout, before billing information)
- What renews: monitoring, alerts, history access and the correction desk for your tracked entities. That is the whole of it — no filing, no certificate, nothing else is promised or implied.
- Renewal: your plan renews on the same period you chose, at the price disclosed here, until you cancel. The renewal date and amount are shown in your account at all times.
- Consent: consent to the recurring charge is captured separately from your purchase consent, including at trial start for the post-trial charge.
- Cancellation: online, in the same place you enrolled, in a few steps, with written confirmation and the effective date. Monitoring and alerts stop at the end of the paid period; your duties over records already exported (no eligibility use, no resale, deletion on termination) survive, as the terms state.
- Changes: no price or scope change takes effect at your renewal without advance notice and your renewed express consent.
- Not a consumer reporting agency: records may never be used for eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, tenancy or any similar decision — about companies or about individuals. You certify this at checkout; a prohibited use ends the subscription immediately.
- No sole-basis reliance: before any irreversible step — filing, onboarding, lending, service of process, adverse action — obtain the official certificate or confirm directly with the state.
- Honest limit: this service is new and is being proven in the open. If it ever enters maintenance mode, subscribers are told with notice, and cancellation stays exactly as simple as it is on day one.
