Registry Ledgerauthority hub — the index of what is published

Everything published here, indexed honestly.

This hub organises the whole of the Registry Ledger site: what the service is, what it is not, exactly which states stand where, what a subscription would buy and on what terms, how errors are corrected, what data is compiled — and the whitepaper that sets out the evidence standard behind all of it. If a page exists on this site, it is listed here, with what it actually does today.

Standing — the same on this page as everywhere else

This business trades under the name “EIN for Non-Residents.” This service provides no EIN service of any kind. It does not look up, confirm, match or replace EINs or any other tax identification number, holds no IRS data, and uses no IRS channel. It is public-record entity verification for firms, and its records are signals — not official certificates of status or good standing.

Sales not yet open  Covered for sale today: none

New York, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Oregon and Connecticut are In verification on the coverage register. Delaware and Washington are excluded, with the reasons printed on the Coverage page. Nothing on this hub asks for a card, takes a name, or accepts a submission today.

Coverage — the register, published

PageWhat it holdsPosition it states
CoverageThe per-state register extract: the in-verification states with their sources and refresh cadences; the excluded states, each with its reason printed (Delaware, Washington, Minnesota, and California / Texas / Maine / Florida as not covered); the freshness rule — past-cadence records flagged stale or suppressed.Covered for sale today: none. NY, CO, PA, OR, CT: In verification.

Terms — pricing, the pilot, and the checkout artefact

PageWhat it holdsWhat it does today
Pricing & the founding pilotThe per-seat tiers (Lookup, Firm, Practice, Portfolio), the founding pilot offer in full — ten named firms, the Firm tier, price, trial, coverage limited to cleared states — and the subscription terms stated at the door: what renews, separate consent, online cancellation with written confirmation and effective date, the eligibility-use bar, and the no-sole-basis-reliance instruction.Published to be judged. The pilot list is not yet open and the page takes no names.
CheckoutThe checkout text exactly as it will run: material terms before any billing information, separate unticked consent to the recurring charge, online cancellation. Published as an artefact, marked noindex.Sales are closed on the page itself. No charge can be made and no billing information is collected.

Accountability — corrections and privacy

PageWhat it holdsWhat it does today
Corrections & disputesThe correction machinery: subscriber error reports re-verified against the state source before any change; correction or a reasoned no-change within 5 business days, material status errors expedited; notification to every firm that received a wrong record; the described-entity channel — identity check, suppression pending review, written outcome, and the sentence “only the state can change the state record”; the per-record corrections log.The desk opens with the service. The dispute form is honestly disabled and the page says nothing is submitted today.
Privacy noticeWhat is compiled (the fixed field list) and what is excluded by design; home-address suppression; no enrichment from other sources; no marketing use by the service or by subscribers; correction and deletion routes for described individuals; the data-broker applicability file; security and retention in brief. The product's working privacy statement, dated 2026-11-06.

How this hub is kept

New authority material — data-quality explainers, method notes and registry-landscape pieces — is added to this index in the same publish that ships it, under the section it belongs to, with its date. Material is never added under a coverage or selling claim: a new page changes what a reader can learn here, never what a reader can buy, until the Coverage page itself changes on register evidence — dated, with the row that cleared named.
